Knowable Insights
On my first day at Knowable I was pulled into a meeting where half the company was laid off. Three months later, I shipped the legal analytics system which won both People’s and Professional’s Choice awards for Product Innovation at Legalweek for turning unstructured contract data into strategic insights with no prior legal tech experience. The system helped Knowable achieve first-time profitability immediately after launch.

Project Stormbreaker
The story of how I went from a minor contracted contributor to design lead on Stormbreaker, a $10m congressionally-funded military planning platform that I shipped with no prior defense industry experience. Mid-project, when stakeholders moved to eliminate my entire creative team, I stepped up to lead and convinced leadership across organizations to keep everyone. The client hired me directly afterward.

I led design on ~60% of myaccount.microsoft.com, Microsoft’s self-service portal for enterprise customers. The redesign empowered millions of employees across 350,000+ businesses to manage their own account access – transforming a helpdesk bottleneck into instant self-service.

Amazon Automate Pricing
My senior project at the University of Washington’s Human Centered Design and Engineering program saw me partnering with Amazon’s Mike Berg and a team of fellow design students to research Seller Central’s competitive landscape and identify the highest-impact design opportunity. That turned out to be automatic repricing: helping sellers adjust their prices dynamically based on real-time market factors.
